When ingested, vitamin E is absorbed from the gut, processed and transported through special lipoproteins until it becomes available at the tissue level, including the skin.

We investigated ExoComplex® GUT PROSKIN’s effect on oxidative stress at the cellular level by assessing ROS levels and mitochondrial damage in bone marrow cells and splenocytes. As expected, H₂O₂ treatment significantly increased ROS accumulation compared to the control (H₂O only). However, ExoComplex® GUT PRO SKIN notably reduced redox imbalance in models subjected to H₂O₂-induced stress, resulting in a marked decrease in ROS levels in both bone marrow cells and splenocytes.

+133% increase of immunoglobulins
Immunoglobulins serum levels were significantly reduced in H₂O₂-treated model as compared to model that received H₂O while mice treated with ExoComplex® GUT PRO SKIN following H₂O₂ administration showed significantly higher immunoglobulins concentration as compared to the H2O2 group, leading to serum immunoglobulin levels comparable to the control group.
